Curtis Lee Stroup

Curtis Lee Stroup, 58, of Enola, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 16th, in Largo FL while surrounded by his loved ones.

Born in Lewisburg, PA on October 15, 1965, he was a son of Robert Ray Stroup and the late Frances Mae (Susan) Stroup.

He was the husband of Leslie Ann Rahauser.

Curtis was employed as a draftsman by Agar Welding & Steel.

Curt was a sportsman and loved the outdoors. He enjoyed listening to music, hanging out by the pool, grilling, and making seafood boils. Watching and following his favorite sports teams brought him joy. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his children. His granddaughter was the apple of his eye.

In addition to his father and wife, Curtis is also survived by his son,Tanner, husband of Gretchen Rahauser, of Mechanicsburg; daughter, Mikayla Stroup partner of Austin Vierra, of Enola; granddaughter, Peyton Rahauser, two brothers: Van Stroup, of Mifflinburg; & Mark, husband of Andrea Stroup, of Millheim, niece, Madison Beard & nephews: Ethan, Logan, & Zavier Stroup.

A viewing for family & friends will be held at Buhrig Funeral Home, 37 E. Main St., Mechanicsburg, from 4-6 PM on Sunday, August 25th.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11:15 AM on Monday, August 26th at Buhrig Funeral Home, Mechanicsburg. An additional time for viewing will be held from 10 AM until the time of service.

Interment will follow at Mechanicsburg Cemetery, Mechanicsburg.
