Shirley A. (Bohler) Meade

Shirley A. Meade, 91, of Schuylkill Haven, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Saturday, December 9th, at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville.

Born in Pottsville on May 22, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Mildred A. (Hilbert) and Walter C. Bohler.

Shirley was the widow of Edgar A. Meade, Jr. to whom she was married for 66 years.

She was a 1950 graduate of Pottsville Area High School.

Shirley was employed as a secretary at Phillips Van Heusen.

She was of the Protestant & Evangelical Faith.

She is survived by a daughter, Deborah S. Meade, of Friedensburg; a son, Edgar "Ted" A. Meade, III, husband of Debra S., of New Ringgold; and a sister, Ethel M. Meadows. Shirley is also survived by grandchildren, David, Joshua, and Matthew; twelve great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.

Services and interment will be privately held at the family's convenience.
