Bruce James Macdonald

Bruce James MacDonald, 76, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Friday, December 16th, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg.
Bruce was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 25, 1946, a son of the late Margaret (Wolf) and Harold MacDonald.
He served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Purple Heart.
Bruce was an avid surfer who also enjoyed fishing, watching football, and camping. He was a big Dallas Cowboys fan.
He last worked as a Store Manager for Dollar General.
Bruce was a member of The VFW and The American Legion in Warren, NJ.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Crystal MacDonald who died April 29, 2018 and a brother Gary MacDonald who died Sept. 19, 1987.
Bruce is survived by two sisters, Joyce Bilski and husband Roger, of Brick, NJ; Gail Duarte, of Phillipsburg, NJ; and two brothers, Glenn MacDonald, of Somerville, NJ; Todd MacDonald, of NJ. He is also survived by nephews, Kevin Duarte and Roger Bilski Jr., and nieces, Rachael Minnini and husband Angelo, Laura Landy and husband Steve, Dana Ramos and husband Dan, Alicia Diosi and husband Janos; grand nephews, Cameron and Liam, and grand nieces, Brandi, Madisyn, Natalie, and Gianna.
Interment will be at a later date in Somerset Hills Memorial Park, Basking Ridge NJ.
