Charles R. Nagle, Sr.

January 10, 1940 — April 24, 2018

Charles R. Nagle Sr., 78, of Pine Grove, passed away Tuesday at his residence surrounded by his family.

Charles was born in Pine Grove, Jan. 10, 1940, a son of the late John E. and Dorothy Zerbe Nagle.

He was the husband of Kathleen A. Tremblett Nagle.

He was a member of Most Blessed Trinity, Tremont.

He served in the Air Force as a A2C E-3.

He was a graduate of Pine Grove Area High School, Class of 1958, and was formerly employed by at Omnova Solutions Inc.

Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Nagle.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by sons, Daniel, husband of Michelle, Auburn, Charles Jr., husband of Glenda, Pine Grove, David, husband of Deb, Elysburg, and William, Pine Grove; grandchildren, Christine "Chrissy," Kimberly, Jessica, Timothy, James, Amanda, David, Givania, Gavin, Jonathan, Kaitlyn, Jeremy, Justine and Jess Wolfe; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Betty Brown; brother, David Mease, husband of Mary; nieces and nephews.

A Catholic funeral service will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. Monday at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service Monday at the funeral home. The family requests donations to Most Blessed Trinity, Tremont. Interment will follow the service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
