Clifford P. Lenhart, 82, of Auburn, formerly of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Tuesday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street.
Born in Hamburg, July 2, 1933, he was a son of the late Ray and Ruth Zimmerman Lenhart.
He was the husband of Joan Gerber Lenhart.
Clifford was a member of First United Methodist Church, Pottsville.
He served in the Air Force as an A/1C(P) during the Korean War.
A graduate of Reading High School, he was formerly employed by Reading Body Works.
He was preceded in death by Richard and Stuart Lenhart.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Diane L. Krause, wife of Richard, Warminster, Julie L. Mikos, wife of Gerald, Auburn, and Craig D. Lenhart, husband of Jill, Auburn; grandchildren, Ryan Krause, husband of Suzanne, North Wales, Amanda Doughty, wife of Sean, Warminster, Allison and Hayley Lenhart, Ethan and Joseph Mikos, all of Auburn; great-grandchildren, Carter Krause and Cameron Doughty; brother, Ray Lenhart, husband of Geri, Reading; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church, Pottsville, with the Rev. John Wallace officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Hamburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association , 1701 N. Beauregard St., Alexandria, VA 22311.
