Cynthia Marie Kurtz

Cynthia Marie Kurtz, 59, of Havertown and Schuylkill Haven, passed away Sunday, February 27th, at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey.

Born in Waynesburg, on April 1, 1962, a daughter of Joan (Sotzin) Kurtz, of Schuylkill Haven and the late Sydney Kurtz.

Cynthia graduated from Schuylkill Haven High School, class of 1980. She then attended Penn State University where she received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees. She was employed as a senior staff accountant at M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust, Wilmington, DE.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Parrish, Havertown.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by sisters Stephanie Ragusky, Chantilly, VA,Susan Iaquinta wife of Stephen, Havertown and Rachel Kalyan wife of Edward, Myerstown; nieces Kendal and Paige Ragusky; nephews Stephen and Nicholas Iaquinta and Nathan and Joshua Kalyan. Cynthia was a devoted daughter and caregiver to her Mother, Joan. She was a loving Aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held at 10 AM on Saturday, March 5th at Geschwindt Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc in Schuylkill Haven, with Monsignor Edward Zemanik officiating.

A visitation for family and friends will be held prior from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at the funeral home.

At the family's request, memorial donations may be forwarded to Lebanon County Humane Society, 150 N Ramona Rd, Myerstown, PA 17067, Myerstown, PA .

Interment will be private at the convenience of the Family.
