Donald L. Smith

Donald L. Smith, 87, of New Ringgold, passed away Tuesday, November 28th, at Geisinger St. Luke's Hospital, Orwigsburg.

Born in McKeansburg on February 22, 1936, he was a son of the late Roy & Edith (Wagner) Smith.

He was the husband of Barbara A. (Bensinger) Smith for 60 years.

Donald was a 1954 graduate of Cressona High School. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Millersville University.

He was employed as a teacher for Blue Mountain School District.

Donald served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.

He was a member of Christ Church McKeansburg.

In addition to his wife Donald is also survived by two sons: Michael Smith, of Chalfont, PA; & David Smith, husband of Lynn, of Walnutport, PA, two grandchildren: Morgan, & Joshua, four siblings: Mary Jane, Ruth Ann, William, & Martin, and nieces, & nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by two brothers: James, & Kenneth.

Services are private at the convenience of family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
