Dorothy P. Yeich, 91, formerly of Cressona, passed away Friday at Schuylkill Center, Pottsville, where she had been a resident.
Born in Summit Station, April 15, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Howard and Ethel Witman Fessler.
She was the widow of Charles E. Yeich.
Dorothy was a member of St. Mark's Brown's Church, Wayne Township, and formerly employed by Argo Mills.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Mansfield; siblings, John, Howard, Harry, Robert, George, Paul and Donald Fessler, Anna News, and Pauline Heinbach.
Dorothy is survived by a son, Harold Yeich and wife, Patricia, League City, Texas; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Mildred Brown, Romney, W.Va.; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 5 at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, with Pastor Eckroth officiating. A viewing will be from 12:30 p.m. until the time of the service at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home. Interment will follow in St. John's Reformed Church Cemetery, Friedensburg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark's Brown's Church.
