Earl R. "Hank" Dewald, 94, of North Manheim Twp., passed away Friday, June 16th, at his residence.
Earl was born in Pottsville, on November 14, 1922, a son of the late Lyda I. (Rhodes) and Earl L. Dewald.
He was formerly employed by Clima Glase, Deer Lake.
Hank served in the U.S. Army during WWII, Pacific Theater. He was a member of the Schuylkill Haven American Legion, former Schuylkill Haven Veterans and Second Mountain Gun Club.
Hank is survived by his girlfriend Gloria J. Lash, Port Carbon; children Gale Dewald, Pottsville, Danny Dewald, Port Carbon, Debbie Dewald Skripko, Lake Wynonah and Greg Dewald Kutztown; ten grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren
Services will be private at the convenience of family.
