Erma A. (Ney) Phillips

Erma A. Phillips, 93, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Tuesday, January 11th, at The Gardens at York Terrace, Pottsville.
Born in Pottsville on August 21, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Clarence B. & Lillian (Hummel) Ney.
She was the widow of Melvin A. Phillips who preceded her in death on November 7, 2015.
In addition to her parents and husband, Erma is also preceded in death by her daughter Joanne Phillips Wingle, son-in-law David Wingle, her sister Geraldine Moyer.
She was of the Protestant faith.
Erma was last employed by Union Knitting Mill as a machine operator.
She is survived by a son, Randall, husband of Susan Phillips, of Spring Hill, FL; and a daughter, Melanie, widow of John Reiff, of Brooksville, FL. Three grandchildren: Jeffrey & wife Margie, Gregory & wife Megan, Amy & husband Corey Raia, and two great-grandchildren: Taylor, and Addison.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
