Harold D. Kreis

Harold D. Kreis, 83, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Tuesday, March 4th, at home.

Born in Tremont on March 22, 1941, he was a son of the late Raymond & Emily (Bernd) Kreis.

He was the widower of Claudia A. (Felty) Kreis.

Harold worked as a lineman for Wire/Teleview.

He was an avid outdoorsman, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening.

Harold is survived by son, Steve Kreis, husband of Pamela, Danville, daughter, Susan Blankenhorn, wife of Marty, Schuylkill Haven, two grandchildren: Danielle, wife of Tyler, & Zachary, great-grandson, Forrest, sister, Madelyn Richey, and several nieces & nephews.

In addition to his parents and wife, Harold is also preceded in death by his siblings: Carl, & Fred Kreis, Elizabeth Bowman, & Emily Wesner.

Graveside services will be held privately at the convenience of family.
