Harold C. Schrader

Harold C. Schrader, 81, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Saturday, May 20th.

Born in Auburn on January 29, 1942, he was a son of the late Warren & Ruth (Yeich) Schrader.

He recently celebrated 60 years of marriage to his loving wife, Suzanne E. (Gilbert) Schrader.

Harry was a 1959 graduate of Auburn High School.

He was a member of First United Church of Christ, Schuylkill Haven. He also belonged to Landingville Fire Company, Friedensburg Fish & Game, & Elks of Lebanon.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, antiques, and classic cars.

Harry worked for most of his life as a truck driver and was last employed by Bill's Produce.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by four daughters: Kathy, wife of Thomas Wythe, Beverly, wife of Richard Scott, Jr., all of St. Clair; Leanne, wife of James Haeseler, of Schuylkill Haven; & Sharon, wife of Michael Wagner, of Landingville. He is also survived by grandchildren: Michelle, wife of Victor Blommel, Michael Wythe, husband of Molly, Richard Scott III, Brandon, & Jake Haeseler, and Andrew Wagner, great-grandchildren: Kambria, Rosalynn, & Marcella Blommel, & Emmie Wythe, a brother, John Schrader, husband of Barbara, of New Ringgold, and one sister.

In addition to his parents, Harry is also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Melanie Ruth Wythe, and one sister.
