Harriet M. Timm, 74, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Saturday while in the company of family members at her home.
Harriet was born in Pottsville, April 5, 1941, a daughter of the late W. Edward and Alice Morrall Brown.
She was the wife of William H. Timm Sr., to whom she was married 54 years.
She graduated from Schuylkill Haven High School in 1959 and attended Ford School of Business, Pottsville.
She worked as a bank teller at Schuylkill Haven Trust and Hidden River Credit Union, Pottsville.
She was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Schuylkill Haven, and was a former member of Schuylkill Haven BPW.
In addition to her husband, Harriet is survived by three daughters, Debra Hartranft and her fiance, Thomas Haag Jr., Auburn, Michele, wife of the Rev. Franklin Killian Jr., Schuylkill Haven, and Denise, wife of Robert Daniels, Mar Lin; a son,William H. Timm Jr., partner of Jonathan Valori, Leesport; a sister, Shirley Blackburn, Emporium; eight grandchildren, Dustin and Derek Hartranft, Andrew and Jesse Killian, Tyler and Erin Ryan, and Kira and Dylan Daniels; eight great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home Inc., Schuylkill Haven, with the Rev. Franklin Killian Jr. officiating. Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
