Helen T. Koslosky, Pottsville, passed away Friday at Providence Place Retirement Community, Pottsville, where she had been a resident.
Born in Pottsville, Jan. 19, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Robert & Kathryn Slivinsky Koslosky.
She was a member of the former St. Casimir Roman Catholic Church, Saint Clair.
Helen was formerly employed by Naval Supply Depot, Harrisburg, for 30 years until her retirement. She also belonged to the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by sisters, Marie Sluza, Catherine Bronning, Anne Koslosky and Victoria Rasco; and brothers, Joseph, Francis and Robert Koslosky.
Surviving are a sister-in-law, Helen Koslosky, Hershey; a brother-in-law, Gene Rasco, California; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Clare of Assisi Roman Catholic Church, Saint Clair, with Monsignor William Glosser officiating.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass on Tuesday at the church.
Interment will follow Mass in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Saint Clair.
