James R. Hahn, 71, of Orwigsburg, passed away peacefully Monday at Seton Manor.
James was born in Palmerton, Nov. 12, 1945, a son of the late Harold and Pearl Evans Hahn.
He was the husband of Claire T. Leykum Hahn, to whom he was married 46 years.
He served in the Navy as a CT3.
He retired after 30 years of teaching at the Blue Mountain School District.
James is survived by a daughter, Jamie Olszak, wife of Mark, Hamilton N.J.; grandson, Jake Olszak; sister, Pearl Kuntzman, Palmerton.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, at Faith Worship Center, Route 61 South, Orwigsburg, with Pastor Doug Cresswell officiating. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Interment will be held privately at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
