Jane A. Weiss, 90, of Pottsville, passed away Monday in her daughter's arms.
Born in Mill Creek, June 27, 1926, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Emily Erdman Feeley.
She was the widow of Richard H. "Dick" Weiss, who passed away Dec. 21, 1995.
Jane was a former member of Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church and a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Pottsville.
She was formerly employed by the Dusselfink as a night desk clerk and auditor.
She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Maryann, and cousins, John McGuire and Anna Melicharek.
Jane is survived by a daughter, Rebecca "Becky" Weiss, Pottsville; a cousin, Helen Sorokach.
A religious service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Thursday at St. John the Baptist Church, with the Rev. David J. Loeper officiating. There will be no calling hour. Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Pottsville.
