Jean Schoffstall, 88, of Pottsville, passed away Tuesday, December 27th, at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg.
She was born in New Brunswick, Canada on August 12, 1928.
She attended First Baptist Church, Pottsville, and was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter #424.
She was formerly employed as a receptionist and bookkeeper for Schoneoman's and Dr. Madera.
Jean is survived by a son,Samuel Smith, Wilmington, NC, a daughter, Linda Lingg, California, her companion, J. David Lohman, III, Schuylkill Haven, a grandson, Brian Smith, two great-grandchildren; Avery & Aubri Smith, cousins, nieces & nephews.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Phillip Estabrooks.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be conducted at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 31st with Pastor Russell Hepler.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
