Jeannette H. “Netter” Schwartz
Jeannette H. “Netter” Schwartz, 81, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Monday, April 18th, at Lehigh Valley Medical Center, Allentown.
Jeannette was born in Schuylkill Haven, on January 26, 1935, a daughter of the late Laura (Martz) and Edward S. Geary.
She was the widow of Paul J. “PJ” Schwartz, who passed away March 31, 2015. The couple was married 61 years.
She graduated from Schuylkill Haven High School.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by brothers Earl and Jean Geary and sisters Betty Strouse, Nancy Nye, and Wayne Geary.
Netter is survived by sons Kenneth “Fred” Schwartz and fiance Tina Houck, Schuylkill Haven and Scott A. Schwartz husband of Lisa, Auburn; grandchildren Wendy, Chuck and Donny; a brother Leonard “Red” Geary, Schuylkill Haven; nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, at 11 am on Monday, April 25th, with Certified Celebrant Rebecca Devlin officiating.
A viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday 9:30 am until the time of the service at the funeral.
Interment will follow the service at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
