Jody L. Yeich, 55, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Sunday, March 12th, at home. Born in Pottsville on January 24, 1962, she was a daughter of Robert and Gale (Koperna) Hauck, Schuylkill Haven. She was the wife of Todd L. Yeich.
She was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School, Class of 1979, and was employed as a seamstress for local textile factories.
Jody loved spending time at the beach and enjoyed weekly trips to the drag races in Numidia, Pa., where she served in her husband's pit crew.
In addition to her parents and husband, she is also
survived by two sisters, Wendy Artz and husband, Daniel, and Suzette Hubler and fiance, Brad Keitsock, all of Schuylkill Haven; nieces and nephews; and her beloved cats: Lizzy, Cali and Magic.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Lee Hauck; maternal grandparents, Betty Tobin and John Koperna Sr.; nephew, Seane Hubler; brother-in-law, Bradley Yeich; and mother-in-law, Carol Sweigert.
Services will be privately held at the family's convenience.
