John M. "Butch" Mcshaw

John Michael (Butch) McShaw, 82, of Auburn, passed away Monday, December 12th, at home.
John was born in Pottsville, PA on December 17, 1939, a son of the late Margaret (Williams) and Michael McShaw.
He was preceded in death by his wife June (Reber) McShaw who died October 1, 2016 and a son Jason McShaw who died May 2, 1991.
He was an usher at St. Patrick's church Pottsville.
Butch was the former owner of M & W Sanitation and Coal and was a Driver for Pottsville Sanitation and Waste Management.
He coached little league baseball and was a former team manager.
Butch is survived by two daughters, Debra, wife of Donald Womer, of Auburn, PA;
Kelli L Nettles. He is also survived by five grandchildren Stephen Fessler wife Pam Schuylkill Haven, Shannon Seiders Pottsville, Brittany Stevenosky wife of David Pottsville, Bryce J. Nettles Schuylkill Haven and Braydin Nettles of Kutztown. Eight great grandchildren Blakelee, Jayeson, Tayla, Stephen Jr, Demetra and Zoe, Finn, and Isla. Two sisters Marie Updegrave wife of Rodney Tremont and Joan Lafferty wife of Michael Pottsville.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Monday, December 19th at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church in Pottsville, PA with Father Phillip Rogers officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be 9:30 - 10:30 at church.
The family prefers remembrances in the form of contributions to American Cancer Society 16 North 4th Street Minersville, PA 17954.
Interment private at convenience of the family.
