Joyce E. Morris, 62, of Cressona, passed away Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-17th Street, Allentown.
Born in Pottsville, March 19, 1953, she was a daughter of Helen Knoll Knight, Schuylkill Haven, and the late Elwood Staller.
She was the wife of Michael M. Morris.
Joyce recently began attending Bethesda Evangelical Congregational Church, Reedsville, where her faith deepened and she found comfort in Christ.
She was formerly employed by Craftex Mills, Auburn.
Joyce enjoyed vacationing with her family and organized many family events. She loved her cats and dogs, and crocheting. She was a caregiver to her sister, mother-in-law and many others.
In addition to her father, Joyce was also preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Moyer.
Surviving, in addition to her mother and husband, are two sons, Steven Breidigan and wife, Mary, and Daryl Breidigan and wife, Constance, all of Douglassville; a daughter, Tammy Weidman and husband, Jay Huff, Schuylkill Haven; grandchildren, Rachel, Megan, Alyssa, Nicholas and Jessica Breidigan; two stepsons, Michael Morris and Scott Morris and wife, Meghan, all of Allentown; a brother, Stanley Staller, Cressona.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Bethesda EC Church, Reedsville, with the Rev. Jeffrey Byerly officiating. A viewing will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Interment will be privately held at the family's convenience.
