Marjorie E. Gray Scotti, 77, of Orwigsburg, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 27th, at Schuylkill Medical Center East, Pottsville, surrounded by her family.
Born in Webster Springs, West Virginia, on September 30, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Robert W. Gray, Sr. and Mabel E. (McClure) Gray.
She was a graduate of high school and Berkley Business School, and received her LPN license at Schuylkill Technology Center, Frackville.
Marjorie was employed as a secretary in the home office of Mack Trucks, Plainfield, NJ.
She was a member of Lighthouse Church Orwigsburg, and also belonged to the West Plainfield Junior Women’s Club.
Marjorie is survived by a sister, Nancy E. Olmstead, & husband, Jack, New Jersey, two brothers: Robert W. Gray, Jr., & wife, Joan, Bloomsburg, and Warren T. Gray, & wife, Nancy, Orwigsburg, as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, at 12 noon on Saturday, January 31st, with Pastor Paul Zaspel officiating.
A visitation will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
Interment will be privately held at the family’s convenience.
