Mildred G. Hoffman passed away November 27, 2016 at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg. Long-time resident of Schuylkill Haven and Port Clinton, she was born in Gordon, PA on August 2, 1931 to Rev. Mildred Hoffman & Earl G. Hoffman. A seamstress by trade, she owned her own shop in Port Clinton, Miss Mildred's Custom Draperies, and continued sewing until the end. She was a beloved aunt and grandmother figure to many, loved children and was in charge of the church nursery at the Church of the Nazarene in Schuylkill Haven. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Rev. Rose Hoffman & Marion Tolbard, and her brother, Earl Hoffman, Jr., Mimi, as she was affectionately called, is survived by main nieces & nephews, Angel Hoffman-Lorah, Sherry Haley, Patricia Berry, Maryann Sites, Penny Feveryear, Blair Tolbard, Jr., Brian Tolbard, Bradley Tolbard, Barrett Tolbard, and Steve Hoffman, as well as grand-nieces & grand-nephews. Her burial will be private for the family with a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
