Mildred F. Kramer, 98, formerly of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Wednesday surrounded by her loving family at Orwigsburg Center, Orwigsburg, where she had been a resident.
Born in Pillow, Sept. 16, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Adam and Sarah Hain Bahner.
She was a member of Higher Ground Worship Center and the Central Pennsylvania Gospel Band.
Mildred was a homemaker most of her life and loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting.
She was the widow of Wilson F. Kramer, who passed away July 11, 1976. In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by nine sisters and two brothers. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mildred is survived by three daughters, Eileen George, wife of Clayton, Lebanon, June White, wife of Robert, Cressona, and Linda Dietz, wife of Randall, Harrisburg; a son, David Kramer, husband of Janet, Schuylkill Haven; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home Inc., 25 E. Main St., Schuylkill Haven, with the Rev. Steve Letcavage officiating. A viewing will be held at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
Interment will follow the service in Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven.
