Nancy Jane Heffner

Nancy J. Heffner, 85, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Saturday, June 25th, at Providence Place Retirement Community, Pottsville.

Nancy was born in Pottsville on November 5, 1936, a daughter of the late Dorothy (Gable) and ElwoodDavis.

She was the widow of Ray Heffner.

Nancy graduated from Pottsville High School in 1955. After graduation, she worked as a secretary at the Schuylkill County Courthouse.

In addition to her parents and husband, Nancy is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Nancy is survived by her sister Arlene Roberts, as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 30th at Geschwindt Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc in Schuylkill Haven with pastor Jonathan Heim officiating. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to the time of service. Interment will be held at Schuylkill Memorial Park following the service at the funeral home.
