Randy Charles Ney

Randy Charles Ney, 66, of Wayne Township, passed away Saturday, November 4th, at home.

Born in Pottsville on August 31, 1957, he was a son of the late Fay (McCann) Martin and Richard Donald Ney.

He was the devoted husband of Catherine A. (Robinson) Ney. The couple recently celebrated 40 years of marriage.

Also surviving are two daughters: Nina, wife of Andrew Reid, and Timber Leigh Ney and her significant other, Zack James, and a son, Joseph Robinson. Randy loved spending time with his grandchildren: Trinity Forte, & Isabella Reid, and his beloved canine companion, Willow. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, siblings, nieces, & nephews.

Randy was of the Protestant faith.

He had worked in maintenance at the Schuylkill County Courthouse for 15 years.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Lord.

Randy loved fishing and target shooting. He was a longtime fan of the Minnesota Vikings.  He also enjoyed Nascar.

Services will be privately held at the family's convenience.
