Tina M. Fritzpatrick, 41, of Schuylkill Haven, passed away Friday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Tina was born in Pottsville, Dec. 17, 1974, a daughter of Mildred "Millie" Weaver Connors, Woodbridge, N.J., and the late David Hill Sr.
Tina was a graduate of Pottsville Area High School.
She was formerly employed as a waitress for Roman Delight, Pottsville.
In addition to her father, Tina was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Antoinette Weaver, and her stepfather, Mike Connors.
In addition to her mother, Tina is survived by a daughter, Tori Perhonitch, Pine Grove; a son, James Fritzpatrick, Minersville; a sister, Jennifer Hill and her fiance, Matthew Blacknall Hill, Woodbridge, N.J.; a brother, David Hill Jr., Minersville.
A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home, Cressona, with the Rev. Mark Brooks officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
