Warren H. (Mickey) Bradley of Providence Place, passed away on February 28, 2021 at the Green Valley Nursing Home Pottsville, PA. He was born on June 28, 1925 in Lynbrook, NY to Benjamin and Helen Bradley.
After returning from WWII, where he served in the navy and saw action in the South Pacific, he married Betty Jane Stromberg, Valley Stream, NY on April 4, 1948. They settled in Franklin Square, NY.
Mickey accomplished many things in life. He and his father, Ben, started the Theatrical Workshop in Valley Stream, that serviced all phases of the theatrical business, including Broadway and numerous other stage productions.
After relocating to Schuylkill Haven PA in 1974, he was the proud founder of Cardinal Systems, which manufactures galvanized steel walls for in-ground swimming pools and all related parts.
Cardinal Systems is currently the largest most technically advanced manufacturing facility of its kind in the US.
For many years, he was an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America and was awarded the highest non-professional scouting award, The Silver Beaver.
He was a great lover of birds and nature.
Mickey was preceded in death by 2 sisters, a brother and Betty, his beloved wife of 70 years.
He is survived by his 2 sons, Walter and his wife, Anita of Schuylkill Haven and Peter and his wife, Barbara, of Salisbury, MA, as well as 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
In honor of his final wishes there will be no formal service. There will be a private memorial for both Mickey and Betty.
