William J. Brosey

William J. "Billy" Brosey, 47, of Reading, PA, passed away Sunday, March 3rd, at Reading Hospital, West Reading, PA, surrounded by his family.

Born in Reading he was a son of C. William Brosey, husband of Karon, and the late Celeste (Ravel) Lis.

Billy was a graduate of Holy Name High School and attended Albright College.

He was employed by IWCO, Hamburg

A skilled musician, Billy played many instruments. He loved music, especially The Beatles.

Billy gave the gift of life through organ and tissue donation.

In addition to his father, Billy is also survived by his son,William J. Brosey, Jr., sister, Kristin, wife of Michael Sweitzer, brother, Colin, husband of Rachel Brosey, nieces: Sienna, Makayla, & Arabella, nephew, Gavin, uncle & Godfather, Richard Ravel, husband of Kelly, aunts, Robin Wanner and Patricia Schiaroli, cousins, Austin and Patricia Kerber, and several more cousins.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, March 16th at Community Evangelical Church, Sinking Spring at 12:00 PM. A visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service. Please feel free to wear any Beatles related clothing, as this was Billy's favorite band.

Interment will be privately held.
