William Clayton Stahl

William Clayton Stahl, 77, of New Ringgold, passed away Tuesday, December 26th, at St. Luke's Miners Hospital.

Born in Pottsville, on January 22, 1946, a son of the late Margaret Matilda (Bashore) and William Charles Stahl.

He was the husband of Julia J. (DeSantis) Stahl.

William enjoyed driving around with his wife in their 1967 Chevy Impala and taking it to car cruises. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

He was a graduate of Pottsville High School. He worked for local knitting mills as a knitter, including Jones and Hunt, Argo and Cressona Knitting Mill. He also worked at Schoenman Beauty Supply as a delivery driver.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters Patricia Stahl-Clifford wife of James, New Ringgold and Marianna Stahl, Breinigsville; grandchildren Bryce, Bryn and Baylen Clifford; sister Margaret Stahl.

William is preceded in death by his brothers Timothy and Daniel Stahl and a sister Ramona Betz.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
