Rita Marie (Charnak) Wolfe

Rita Marie Wolfe, age 84 passed away after a brief illness on Sunday October 8th 2023. Rita was born in St Clair on September 16, 1939, the daughter of Michael Charnak and Elizabeth (née Paulin). Rita was a 1958 graduate of Blue Mountain High School and is survived by her husband of many happy years, William “Billy” Wolfe. Rita was preceded in death by her first husband Vincent F. Ferraiolo, with whom she had a daughter Tina and son Vincent J. Ferraiolo. Rita was the last surviving member of her siblings, Mary, Margaret, Anna, Michael and Dorothy. She was a vivacious, kind, caring and loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She loved, cooking, tending her garden, watching the birds, growing tomatoes, flower arranging, and spending precious time with family, friends and high school classmates. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by husband Billy, daughter Tina, Son Vincent, grandsons Brandon and Josh and her loving Airedale Scruffy.

A memorial service will be held at Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven, on Thursday at 10:30. A visitation will be held from 9:30 until the time of service. Interment will follow at Summer Hill Cemetery, Auburn.
