Elmer Ebling has been practicing the funeral business for 27 years. He was born in Pottsville, the son of the late Theodore “Ted” and Alice (Betack) Ebling. He was a graduate of Blue Mountain High School, Class of 1980. He then attended Northampton Community College, where he received his degree in Funeral Service.
Elmer then served his internship with Heffner Funeral Home, West York, PA. After his apprenticeship he returned home where he became a funeral director at his father’s funeral home, Ebling Funeral Home, Cressona. In 1985 he took over the family business. In 2004 he became a partner with the Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Schuylkill Haven. Now he is owner and president of Geschwindt-Stabingas Funeral Home, Inc., Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home and Riverside Cremation Services, LLC. The funeral home is the first in Schuylkill County to have an on site crematory. Elmer has been certified through the Cremation Association of North America, (CANA) as a crematory operator for Riverside Cremation Services, LLC.
Elmer is involved with his church, St. Mark’s United Church of Christ, Cressona, the Cressona Lodge #222 F&AM where he served as a master, Beckville Gun Club, Cressona and Red Hill Gun Club, Summit Station. He is also a member of the Cressona and Wayne Township Lions Clubs.
He is married to Suzanne “Ginger” (Rhodes) Ebling and has two daughters, Melissa Clark wife of Shawn. She is a high school math teacher in the Lehighton School District. Elmer’s youngest daughter is Caitlyn Ebling, she followed in her father’s footsteps and also went to mortuary school. She is now a funeral director and works at both funeral homes and the crematory.

Caitlyn married her husband, Andrew S. Haus on October 3, 2020. In October of 2022, they welcomed triplets Adelyn Suzanne, Jackson Paul and Theodore Scott. They reside in Orwigsburg and enjoy taking the triplets on hikes and playing outside.

She received her Pennsylvania State Funeral Director’s license on June 1, 2012. Becky has been employed by the funeral homes since 2007.
She had been certified through the Cremation Association of North America, (CANA) as a crematory operator for Riverfront Cremation Services, LLC, located on site of Geschwindt Stabingas Ebling Funeral Home, Inc., Schuylkill Haven. Becky also serves as a certified celebrant and has conducted numerous funeral and memorial services since 2012. She served as past secretary/treasurer of the Schuylkill-Lebanon chapter of the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association.
Becky was crowned the 2011 Greater Pottsville Winter Carnival Queen and continues to serve the organization as a judge. Becky recently took on the role of Board Member for Schuylkill United Way. She also belongs to the Robert E. Baker, Post #38 American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Schuylkill Haven.
Becky is a member of First United Church of Christ, Schuylkill Haven.
She married her husband, Brandon M. Devlin, son of Mayor Michael & Judith (Hummel) Devlin on September 12, 2015. The couple resides in Auburn in the Lake Wynonah Community. Becky and Brandon are the proud parents of their sons, Daniel & Collin.

Born in Pottsville, Bill is the son of the late John J. and Marguerite Steidle Pugh. Bill graduated from Pottsville Area High School. After graduation he served eight years in the United States Air Force, as an operating room technician. While in the service he attended Mohawk Valley Community College and Utica College. After his honorable discharge from the service he attended Penn State Schuylkill Campus.
Bill later attended and graduated from Simmons School of Mortuary Science, Syracuse, N.Y. He served his internship with the former Allen Funeral Home, where he eventually became co-owner of the Allen & Pugh Funeral Home, Inc. He later served as supervisor for the Schlitzer-Allen-Pugh Funeral Home, Inc.
Bill's community involvement includes memberships in the First United Methodist, Pottsville where he has served on many boards, the Pottsville Kiwanis Club where he served as President twice. He is a member of Pulaski F&AM Lodge 216, Pottsville, and Caldwell Consistory Valley of Bloomsburg. He served as Chairman for food and beverage for the Schuylkill United Way, and is a member of the Good Intent Hose Company, Pottsville. Bill is also a member of the Sportsman Bowling League in Pottsville.
He is married to Mary Ann Allen Pugh and they have two daughters, Jennifer, wife of Dr. Michael O’Connell, and Heather Lynne Pugh, partner of Marti Montanya. They are also the proud grandparents of Ava, Raegan O’Connell, Janiyah, Noelle, Ethan, and Addy.

Andy is currently attending the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, working toward becoming a licensed funeral director in Pennsylvania.
Andy and Caitlyn are the proud parents of triplets: Adelyn, Theodore, and Jackson. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors, especially hiking, biking and swimming.

Born in Coaldale, Bethann is the daughter of the late Gary Borosh and Hazel and George Mitzen. Bethann graduated from Tamaqua Area High School. While she attended school she also earned her Nurses Aid certification and spent 26 years serving in that role.
Bethann began working in the funeral industry in 2021. In 2025, she received her CANA certification as a crematory operator.
Bethann is married to Stephen Clark of Pottsville. They have 3 children and 3 grandchildren Richard, Kaomi, and Gracelyn
